Eligibility
- At least THB 500,000 (USD 17,000) in seasoned funds, held for the past three months.
- Eligibility by track:
- Workcation — remote employees, freelancers, or business owners earning from employers or clients outside Thailand.
- Soft-power — enrollment in a qualifying Thai activity, such as Muay Thai or Thai cooking.
- Dependents — a legal spouse and children under 20 of the main DTV applicant.
Required documents
- Passport valid for at least six months, plus a recent passport-style photograph.
- Bank statement showing at least THB 500,000 (USD 17,000) in seasoned funds.
- Proof of nationality or permanent residence in the country of application.
- Criminal record clearance certificate from your country of nationality or country of application.
- Supporting documents by track:
- Workcation — proof of remote work, such as an employment contract, employment letter, or client contracts.
- Soft-power — enrollment or confirmation letter from the host institution, with its registration document.
- Dependents — marriage certificate (spouse) or birth certificate (each child under 20).
